The Deployment Assessment Service is designed for organizations with an existing Scale Computing Platform solution that want an assessment of the solution configuration and performance to identify potential areas of improvement or to prepare for the expansion of their infrastructure. The Scale Computing Engineer will connect remotely to your Scale Computing HyperCore clusters via the standard remote support connections to evaluate your clusters. Additional connectivity may be required to assess the associated cluster switches. Results of the assessment and recommendations for potential improvements are delivered upon completion. The Deployment Assessment Service is available for up to five clusters.
